Analysing presenters
The first presenter is very good her tone of voice keeps the audience interested and she doesn't let any dead air happen. The way the presenter addresses things enthusiastically so that it keeps people listening. I think the presenter is suitable because they are enthusiastic and use that as a technique to keep people interested
The second presenter is the interviewer and he is also very good and he describes what he is seeing in good detail so that people can imagine what he is seeing effectively. There also isn't any dead air with him as he is constantly interviewing people. I think this presenter is also suitable for his job. He has a good descriptive skill which could be seen as one of the techniques he uses

In travel sections they discuss local traffic problem for people driving to work or school so that the people travelling do not end up late. They tell people the information via a person outside who speaks on the radio to explain whats going on or a via person inside the studio which can be useful for the target audience because if its a person outside the station it gives the impression that the person has seen the traffic because they are out looking for traffic. The quality of the content is good because they give a lot of information very quickly which the target audience appreciates because it helps a lot of people quickly. The travel is the 4th most longest in length from a 10 minute extract so they use it the right amount and give small updates occasionally and give big updates occasionally this would be good for the target audience because it's useful for them to know if they will get stuck in traffic or not.
In news sections they discuss big political problems such as BREXIT etc as well as local news. They explain the news via a news reporter explaining what's going on or via someone in the studio such as the presenter to give out the news which the audience appreciates because it makes them sound like they know what they are doing if they act all serious about it like a news reporter. The quality of the news reports is great because they give the viewers a lot of information and focus on the big stories that a lot of people know about for longer because they know people are more interested in stuff like BREXIT and they still cover the smaller stories but not for long as they do not concern the larger population and they would get bored and stop listening if they went on about it for a long time.
In interview sections they interview members of the public or important officials about certain things going on for example they interviewed people in a pub about an exhibition deciding to show people the ancient Egypt sarcophaguses inside a pub as it is unusual for a pub to host something like that which can be nice for the audience to hear because its not as serious and is a bit more laid back than BREXIT or travel. They tell the people listening on the radio this via interviewers who are sent out to interview people. The quality is good usually speaking can be heard in the background as they usually interview people in public places however the speaking usually just serves as background sound. They usually spend long sections on the interview parts however they do not do it much which could be bad because I don't think the target audience likes to hear interviews for a long time.
The purpose of the sweepers is to remind people of the radio they are listening too. I think the sweepers are good as they play jingles which sound upbeat and the target audience agrees as they do not complain about the sweepers. The sweepers are well made and high quality.
